Griffin Faculty Physicians Breast Surgery is led by Dr. Denise Barajas, medical director and member of the surgical team at the Hewitt Center for Breast Wellness.

Dr. Barajas joined the staff of Griffin Hospital as Medical Director of the Griffin Hospital Center for Breast Wellness in December 2012. She is an experienced breast surgeon and expert on breast cancer screening, early detection, and treatment. Dr. Barajas comes to Griffin from the Hospital of Saint Raphael, where she was Director of the Women’s Center for Breast Health.
