Griffin Faculty Physicians is expanding access to kind and caring primary care in Derby with a new office opening soon at 300 Seymour Avenue. This beautiful new space within the Griffin medical practice building in Derby will provide comprehensive personalized primary care and preventive care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Our energetic and approachable new primary care doctors are committed to your  lifelong health, offering wellness visits, sick appointments, and ongoing care for chronic conditions.

While construction is completed, our physicians are seeing patients at nearby Griffin offices:

  • Dr. Gil – temporarily seeing patients in the Griffin Hospital Cardiology Office, 130 Division Street, Derby
  • Dr. Balbuena – temporarily seeing patients in the Ansonia Primary Care Office, 111 Wakelee Avenue, Ansonia

Both physicians are actively accepting new patients, and look forward to welcoming you soon to Griffin Faculty Physicians Derby Primary Care.

Both Dr. Gil and Dr. Balbuena are bilingual and native Spanish speakers, offering care that respects and supports the language and culture of our Spanish-speaking patients.
